Our MissionBridge of Hope Harrisburg Area's mission is to end and prevent homelessness for women and children with the help of trained mentoring groups within congregations.
This occurs through a three-way partnership which links a family with professionally trained Bridge of Hope social service staff and mentoring groups drawn from local church congregations.
Through this 3-way model, single mothers achieve their own permanent housing and financial stability through employment and budget planning. They attain stability and enhanced self esteem through ongoing mentoring friendships. Our goal is to exemplify Christ's love and to promote physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wholeness.
Bridge of Hope Harrisburg Area welcomes all women regardless of race, ethnicity or religion.
